But long before that, I was just a small child recounting adventures from her dreams.

I Am Neshamah (1)

Hello! My name is Neshamah.
I’m a Pennsylvania-based storyteller, personal development mentor, and creator of the Little Buddha Moral Arts series—stories that blend reflection, creative expression, and self-awareness for growing minds.

Once upon a time, my life was forever changed by a simple family game of story-stick. What started as playful storytelling with loved ones quietly grew into a lifelong love of stories, art, and imagination. Today, that love shows up as stories and creative experiences that help children explore their feelings, trust their inner voice, and make sense of their world—one story at a time.

Who knew a simple game of story-stick could lead to all of this?

L.B. already knows how to paint her feelings — But, she’s still trying to learn how to handle them.

When a tough moment at soccer practice brings up anger she didn’t expect, L.B. tries what usually works: deep breathing. But when it’s not enough, she has decide whether getting revenge is really worth breaking up the team.
